About Grant
My name is Grant and I am a third student at the University of Canterbury majoring in Mechatronics Engineering. I am looking to tutor students sitting up to NCEA level 3. I Have also previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.

I believe that to succeed in mathematics, you need to have a strong understanding of the basic methods. Once they are mastered, you can then consider how to apply these methods to more complex problems. My lessons will be up to an hour long and are for students years 1 to 13 in New Zealand.

Grant is in my university math study group. He is always willing to help others to understand any questions any of us have. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. Because he has done university level math for 2 years, he is capable of helping others to understand quite a large range of topics.
I study with grant, and he is always helpful and patient if any member of our study group doesn't understand something. He is bright and studious, always hitting deadlines and getting work done to a high level.
