About Serena
English was not my first language, so I have first-hand experience with many students' struggles while learning English. Through lots of practice and excellent mentorship, I have gained confidence in my writing, which has allowed me to succeed in school and win multiple competitions. I believe there is no such thing as being innately bad at any subject. I hope to help students love all aspects of school, particularly math and English, by exposing them to new ways of learning and problem-solving. As a high honors roll student enrolled in a top American prep school, I am confident that I can help.
