To cancel or reschedule a lesson you must give at least 2 hours notice prior to the time booked. If you fail to inform me prior to your scheduled time you will acquire a strike against your name. After 3 strikes I will no longer be able to assist as it is unfair on other students that require bookings. Warnings will be given each time.
