About Jelle
I am a university student who studies Human Geography and Urban and Regional Planning in Groningen. This study is strongly related to the Geography course. That is why I am convinced that I can add something extra to the current knowledge of high school students. In addition, I also have a VWO diploma in my pocket.

Only learning definitions in order to reproduce is not a form of teaching that I can relate to. I want to ensure that students actually understand things, so that the same method can be applied in a different situation. The focus will therefore mainly be on application and insight. I also think it is important to involve the students in the lessons themselves. A proactive attitude brings out the best results. In any case, the predetermined material will be discussed in class, while there is also time for extra explanation (depending on the questions of the students) and discussion.
