About Anita
I am currently pursuing Psychology HRDM from Christ (Deemed to be University). I completed my Bachelors in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics. I had worked for an NGO named Dhisha where I used to talk to people with various problems and helped them in solving them. I also did a content writing internship in which I wrote articles and made vlogs based on topics related to Psychology and Health.

My approach is two-way communicative in which I make sure the students are actively involved in the whole session. Stress management is not like any other academic course wherein I can just teach topics in a textbook. It's more of a practical approach that requires strong communication and active listening. I also take inputs from students and teach them in a way that they are never out of track.
