I don't sit with a bunch of students but individual. Because I don't want to mess up my session with unnecessary nuisance and disturbance. Apart from that with individual classes one can know a student better i.e. what are his/her capabilities and skills; whether the student is fast or slow learner; what measures should one take to teach them; how to make them evolve and develop. Atleast one could privide ample amout of time to the student for overall benefits. I emphasize more on learning rather than scoring. Because when one is good learner then only he could be able to score more. There a a lot of students who just mug up the topic and vomit in the exams and after a few days they would be wandering around with a blank mind. Our motto should be making them capable and skillful.
