About Ronak

I am a student with a passion for dancing. I love to explore new styles combined with fusion and contemporary dances. With the right song and the right moves, I can teach you how to embrace your dancing and impress almost anyone.

About the lesson

My method is based around basic concepts of dancing. Starting from scratch, I like to take it to a higher level, keeping the performance of the student in mind. This is important to ensure effective learning along with a sense of satisfaction.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
Since my childhood, I had an interest in dance. I was always among the first ones to put my foot forward whenever music would play. I was never shy, I loved to groove. I took part in school performances and competitions. I'd enjoy choreographing and teaching my classmates, juniors too.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
I have always been a creative kid. But being a student somewhat limits your creative side. To avoid that, I thought of teaching dance part-time offline, soon my sister made me realise that my reach was limited and I should start online too as she was already a part of Superprof being a Spoken English teacher herself.
How does your work help society?
Dance in itself is therapy. For me, it has always been fun and I try to make it fun and therapeutic for my students too. One can get stress free after a hectic day just by attending a fun dance class.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
My mother loves to dance, just like her, I never choreographed my dance performances beforehand, I always danced my heart out by choreographing on the spot.
She's been a role model since the beginning.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Besides teaching dance, Cooking is one of my favourite hobbies. Just like dance, I find it therapeutic. Earlier I used to enjoy baking only, but as I grew up, I started to like cooking in general. I do watch recipes on a daily basis to improve and learn more and more about them.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
There's no anecdote as such, but one thing which matters the most is Balance. Balance in life. Balance between your family, your career, your passion, your work, and your friends.
I believe this balance can bring happiness and make you successful.
