About Katie
I am a Student Paramedic with a great deal of experience in personal coaching, with the added benefit of mental health experience. I believe mental health is not a destination, but a process that is vital within self-development. I believe mental health is an extremely important topic to which is under-discussed. The current stigma around mental health is one that I believe evolves from stories we tell ourselves, making it even more crucial to be kind to yourself, both physically and emotionally. Many students have made significant positive improvements within their mindset that had overall contributed to their everyday life.

I am a student paramedic delivering personal development sessions. Within my personal coaching sessions, I will combine a range of visual theoretical materials along with practical self-awareness activities to appreciate your surroundings. My sessions will be completely constructed to the individual student focusing on your main goals. This will then allow me to create beneficial remote sessions timetabled for a time that suits you.
