About Maya
I recently graduated with honors from Grandview High School with A's in all of my honors and AP math courses. I am currently a student at Pacific University. I have lots of experience tutoring students in math, especially helping my sisters in math from kindergarten through high school math classes. I also have lots of experience working with kids in general as a nanny and tutor of all ages!

I love to help students feel more confident about their math skills through an interactive learning approach in my lessons. I focus on having a clear, thorough explanation through different concepts in math and help guide the student through a problem until they progressively begin to do it on their own. I help students with their math skills and development from kindergarten through high school levels of math!
