About Nyah
Hi! I’m a Year 13 student studying Maths, Physics and Chemistry, and I really enjoy helping others understand subjects that can initially seem difficult. I’m particularly passionate about Maths and Physics and enjoy breaking down challenging topics into simple, manageable steps. Despite not taking English literature for A-level I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to make my lessons friendly, patient and tailored to each student. I’m happy to work through topics from the basics and help develop the necessary skills.
Having recently studied GCSE content myself, I understand the challenges students in Years 9–11 face and can explain concepts in a way that is clear and relatable. My goal is to help students become more confident and feel ready for exams.

I will offer supportive and engaging lessons for students in Years 9–11, helping them build confidence and strengthen their understanding of key topics. I focus on explaining difficult concepts in a clear, simple way and adapting each lesson to the student’s individual needs and learning style. I can help with classwork, homework, exam preparation and practising exam-style questions, with a focus on understanding rather than simply memorising.
Lessons can typically be around 1 hour, although I’m flexible depending on the student’s needs. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they learn.
