About Tom

In high school, especially near the bac, I had the opportunity to help several friends of my class in their homework or to understand certain parts of the course. I also explained to them in detail the complicated exercises that we saw in class. Since then I have brought math support to those around me who needed it (like the son of a colleague etc). They could be lost in the course which can sometimes discourage them and make them lose their organization (crucial thing in math!). I therefore seek to restore their confidence by giving advice in order to have an optimal work structure to succeed!

About the lesson

Very attracted by pedagogy and didactics, I offer to help students who wish to have support in mathematics and other scientific subjects in order to give them confidence in this subject and to solve the difficulties they encounter. The first course often aims to identify the difficulties encountered and allows me to see how to best adapt future sessions.

J’ai travaillé plusieurs heures avec cet élève et il est sérieux et motivé. Il fait preuve de bonne volonté à s’appliquer pendant les cours.

J’ai déjà eu l’occasion d’avoir eu le soutien de Tom pour divers devoir en maths lorsque j’ai recommencé une formation demandant certains acquis que je n’avais pas. Sa patience, son adaptation à mes difficultés et la clarté de ses explications m’ont permis d’avoir plus confiance en moi et mes capacités dans cette matières.
