About Marie
Hello!
My name is Marie, I am 20 years old and I have just joined Em Lyon, a large Lyon business school, after two years of economic and commercial preparation and a bac S-SVT obtained with the mention TB (2019)
I spent my high school years at Louis Armand, public high school in Eaubonne before leaving Val d'oise for Hauts-de-Seine where I did my preparatory class ECS (Michelet in Vanves)
A serious academic career which forced me to learn to be rigorous and organized in order to succeed (which was not a given): proof that anyone can progress with a little method and a lot of motivation! But do not panic, if working takes time, by getting organized, we gain time to have fun and decompress because studies are not everything: sport, artistic expression, civic and associative commitment, life social; all of this is very important in order to be fulfilled in life, and therefore at school! For my part, it is athletics, theater, cooking and discovery trips with my loved ones that constitute my extra-curricular daily life!

I offer homework help, tutoring, preparation for the patent, the bac, the grand oral of the bac also, guidance and methodology help. I can support in all subjects except experimental sciences (physics and life sciences)
With the background of the preparatory class, I think I can help the students to progress not only by organizing themselves better in their work, but also by freeing oneself from the stress of school and "by heart". My goal is to support a change of method by showing them that learning is not ONLY rehashing and rereading and that there are learning methods that are less "nagging", more effective and above all less burdensome. , less depressing.
No pre-made program, I adapt to the needs and difficulties encountered by the young person!
-> re-explain, re-show and train on what blocks
-> fairly short working times per subject or per exercise to avoid fatigue and stay concentrated to the maximum
-> time dedicated to resuming checks, whether they are successful or not, to see what works and the errors that should not be repeated (sometimes difficult to get back into our outcry, but after a time of "digestion", it is really capital to progress)
-> Revision tips to revise more often and especially to revise when you don't really want to (a board game course, flashcards, posters, sketchnoting and drawing lessons, find mnemonic means to remember dates, key figures ...)
-> Possibility of group lessons to learn to work in groups ( max 3) because it is REALLY a success factor (believe the experience!)
