About Sophie
I am a university student studying Psychology, and this has deepened my passion for the subject and strengthened my understanding of how people learn, think, and process information. As I continue my degree, I am gaining a more advanced perspective on theories, research methods, and real-world applications, which I bring directly into my tutoring. I want to teach because I know how challenging A-level Psychology can feel without the right support. I use a structured and student-centred teaching approach, focusing on simplifying complex psychological concepts and linking every topic directly to AQA exam requirements. Longer sessions are available for intensive revision when needed. I have strong experience in AQA Psychology, having studied the full specification in depth and supported peers and younger students in improving their exam technique, content knowledge, and essay structure. I understand exactly what AQA examiners expect and teach students how to meet those standards effectively.
