About Marine
Regarding my experience, I teach since leaving high school. During my first years at the University, I helped two people to prepare their highschool diploma (especially in science), passed in both cases :) Having always been a step ahead of my classmates, I often helped them doing their homework during collective sessions at school and at university.

I am a MSc student in Biomedical Engineering and am currently doing an internship, which leaves me quite free time to effectively teach classes. I can provide homework help to highschool level for students in science field. It's also possible to get school support until the end of high school.
For younger children (primary, middle school), I can also help spelling and conjugation, for those who have difficulties in this area.
As part of my course, it's important that I know the progress in the program, to make sure that my advice will be consistent with those of the teacher, and also for regular follow-up.
First, I like to start with a talk about how the child feels, if his or her week went well and if he or she encountered difficulties.
If my course focuses on a specific topic, the child will have to do a quick exercise in order to assess the current level on the part of the course studied in this period.
Then we will correct all the mistakes to study, understand why he (she) was wrong and do other exercises not to make these mistakes again.
Finally, we conclude with a reminder of the important concepts covered during the lesson to make sure that the lesson has been learned!
If necessary, an exercise on the same subject may be done at the beginning of the next lesson.
