About Duong Gia Bao
I am a graduate student from the University of Auckland, studying a Bachelor of Music - Music Studies. I have been playing the guitar since I was 10 years old and had the opportunity to study at the SOUL Performing Arts Academy in my home country, Vietnam. I have also had the opportunity to join the SOUL Major scholarship band and perform at the 2017 Hong Kong Asia Arts Festival.

My ideal is to create a classroom environment where the students can enjoy learning guitar and music, without having to follow strict rules. Every lesson will last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the student's individual goal. With my current experience as an itinerant tutor for students aged 8 to 10, as well as being a guitar teacher at Modern Music Learning and Music Education centre, I am confident in my ability to bring excitement into each lesson.
