About Somya
Hello I am a Delhi based tutor providing classes for meditation.
I have completed my graduation in Applied Psychology from University of Delhi and currently I am pursuing post-graduation in Applied Psychology (Specialization in Clinical & Counselling Psychology).
I have been giving meditation classes since 10 months now and people have appreciated my communication with them, my teaching methodology, punctuality and fee structure.

My teaching methodology will be concentrating on the breathing process first and gradually escalating towards the mind-body relationship.
Major concerned issues of the client will be discussed and then the sessions will proceed accordingly.
During the Pandemic, many of us have been experiencing stress and mentally exhausted and hence these sessions are open to all. There is no bar to age or any educational background.
