About Hunter
I am committed to making English approachable to all students. A strong base in grammar and writing opens up so many doors, and I want to share my love for writing and literature, but mostly, I want to advance literacy and empower all students to better their circumstances through English.

I try my best to make lessons fun and engaging by utilizing current media whenever possible. Learning is all about retention, and I believe most students retain information better when they're having fun.
I am most comfortable teaching high school and early college students, particularly when it comes to essay writing, grammar, and close reading.
As a current law student, I write and read constantly. As a student of mine, you can expect to be bored with the craziest hypotheticals I can think of based on real-life scenarios.
