About Ferris
I have four years of experience as a peer tutor, helping with the brainstorming process, organization, copyediting, and revision. I'm best at working quickly and pinpointing places for improvement as well as communicating how to actually implement the changes. I also was an Editor-in-Chief for my student newspaper, handling ideation, editing, and publication of articles on a four-week cycle. Both of these experiences have allowed me to work with so many different types of writers, which has shown me how to best communicate to bring their ideas to the page and make their pieces the best they can be. Currently I am a student at the University of Oregon, pursuing a BA in Comparative Literature.
