As a tutor, my approach is centered on clarity, patience, and real-world understanding. I believe students learn best when complex concepts are broken down into manageable parts, connected to relatable examples, and explained in a way that fits their learning style—whether visual, verbal, or hands-on.
My Teaching Methodology
I begin each session by identifying what the student is struggling with or hoping to improve. I use a mix of interactive discussions, diagrams, practice questions, and real-life applications to make the material more digestible and engaging. I also believe in active recall and spaced repetition to reinforce learning effectively.
I bring not only a strong academic foundation in biology, molecular biology, microbiology, cell biology, and genetics, but also real-world insight from my work in the healthcare and tech industries. My experience communicating complex scientific information to various audiences helps me connect with students and present information in a clear, supportive, and encouraging way.
