About Erwan

I discovered meditation in 2004 and have continued ever since; I have traveled and practiced this art in over a dozen countries. It is known as the art of "Thoughtless Awareness." Discovering inner peace was a revelation for me.

I hold no formal qualifications—only my own experience and the feedback from those I have taught, with whom I have remained in contact.

About the lesson

A very simple method, based on a protocol that can be replicated indefinitely, starting from the very first lesson.

No prior yoga experience is required. Very simple movements are used to gradually enter a state of "Thoughtless Awareness."

This method is suitable for everyone, of any age, and requires no prior knowledge nor special equipment.
