About Hailey
I am a student who has found myself overwhelmed by various causes. Through self-help research I have been able to develop strategies to not just reduce stress, but actually learn how to manage it when it cannot be reduced. I have previously been a tutor, which allows me to adjust teaching styles for different people.

My teaching method is to explain what needs to be done, then show the students how I or others implemented it into their lives. I then guide them through applying the lessons in their own lives. Finally, I leave them with the necessary tools to further the affect of what has been learned as they continue to apply it to their lives.
