About Eileen
My background is in mental health. BA in Sociology. Behavioral & academic counselor for many years for grades kindergarten-12th grade. The behind-the-scenes red tape & politics turned me away from the education system. I’m that person whom strangers come up to & start spilling their feelings to. It’s a blessing to be able to show up for others knowing it’s providing some true healing. As the eldest daughter of immigrant parents, I value human connection & empathy towards one another. Undoing what’s not serving our mental health through love & grace.

I’ve always told myself “everything happens for a greater good.” Maybe that’s my coping mechanism. it’s helped metransmute my negative energy into productive energy. If I can be the lighthouse to someone else, then my pain was not in vain. I want to be the person whom I needed & did not have while going through all the things. Death, grief, loss, abandonment, betrayal, recovery. Top it off with being a first generation immigrant child. Oooooooweee!
