About Akshara

I'm a national level karate player and a dancer, so my interest is in this body strengthening training. Well, health is wealth; I need the young generation to be aware and enthusiastic about it. Plus, I can give them some self-defense tips.

About the lesson

Accordin to the client the excercise is specified and customised and the age also matter to include and exclude certaim excercises. The classes can be done on the prefrence of the client . The classes conducted daily or else 6 days on week so that 1 day they can take rest
