I have a Master's Degree in both Exercise Science, as well as Health and Physical Education K-12. My knowledge and experience has helped me excel at working with a wide range of students & athletes. I am extremely passionate about helping kids learn to love exercise, and improve themselves both physically and mentally!

When working with me you will get lessons scaled to your ability, as well as your goals we set.
