About Jackie

I'M A STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH THAT
SPECIALIZES IN PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE ON A
PROFESSIONAL LEVEL. I USE EXERCISES PRESCRIBED TO
IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF COMPETITIVE
ATHLETES OR ATHLETIC TEAMS.
I have played sport on a international level, coach team sport as well.

About the lesson

I provide1-0n-1 sessions ,group sessions and International online.
Every athlete are coached sport specific and individually.

Sessions are age appropriate , and level appropriate.
1 hour sessions.

Weekly check in's when online -24 hour support to all athletes.
