About Janvi
My name is Janvi Chakra. And I'm a player and coach in karate. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and also a nutrition coach.
(A strength and conditioning coach is someone who knows how to bring out the best and enhance the performance of various athletes belonging to any kind of sport.)
I help people see the lies they are sold in the name of health and fitness and make them aware of body science and nutrition.
Health and fitness don't mean following a diet for a certain period of time, instead, it is a transformation of lifestyle and mindset.
