About Lana
Hi my name is Lana! I am a university student majoring in Biology at The Ohio State University. I’ve taken many STEM classes including biology, chemistry, calculus,
I started tutoring middle school students while I was in high school, and I’ve also helped students with SAT prep and studying for exams. I also worked as a camp counselor, which taught me how to be patient, encouraging, and make learning more fun and comfortable.
I know school can feel stressful sometimes, so I always try to create a positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

I offer tutoring to high school and university STEM students looking to get on top of their exams, homework, and understanding! Though I specialize in STEM classes like biology, chemistry, and mathematics, I also offer college prep help as well.
I know how frustrating STEM classes can feel sometimes, especially when one confusing lesson turns into feeling completely lost later on. That’s why I focus on making difficult concepts simple, relatable, and easy to understand without judgment or pressure.
My goal is to help students feel less stressed, more confident, and capable of succeeding.
