Instead of focusing on only one way of learning how to do a problem if they don't understand I will use other methods and work with them till they understand it to the best of there ability. I only use encouraging words rather then any discouraging ones. There comfortableness and understanding of the subject the subjuct is more important then the time it takes to get them there.
