I've tutored mainly in literature courses such as English, reading/reading comprehension, and other subjects such as philosophy, quantitative reasoning, literature comprehension, essay writing, creative writing, and a myriad of other subjects - all with the goal of making those I tutor better!

I approach tutoring with a mix of hands-on and hands-off practices, first making it a point to gauge my tutees to see what they know prior to creating an action plan. Once we create one, I work closely with them to ensure they understand every aspect of the subject we're working on, no matter how mundane it may seem to them. The more an individual knows about a subject, the more interested they become in it; it is my goal as a prospective tutor to make all tutees under my charge eager to learn each session!
