About Kristin
As a former communicative language instructor, I have learned many tricks of the English language in how we listen, think and convey what we mean to the world around us. I've dedicated a decade of my life to truly learning English and investing in my own therapeutic understanding of my personal life to achieve clarity in communication with others. Because I am brand new to this profession as a life coach, I am offering a stellar rate that beats the competition.

My personal belief is that we have all the answers to our own life questions but sometimes we need someone else to witness the crystallization of our vision, help us clarify the steps of our path, and hold us accountable.
My commitment as your life coach is to listen and ask questions about the way you see your journey unfolding and hold you accountable to the ways you walk your path.
My job is to reflect on the depth and beauty of your personal goals and stoke your inspiration. How I do this is by asking questions, using reflective listening, having you fill out forms, journal prompts, and calendars. In later sessions, I will evaluate your progress on goals and hold space to discuss any roadblocks and the solutions to those issues.
