【About me】
こんにちは/Hello! I’m Yuzuka, a native Japanese speaker born and raised in Japan.

I’ve lived abroad for over 10 years ( New Zealand for 4 years, Czech Republic for 6 years)
and I’m currently based in France.

I love traveling, anime, manga, and learning about different cultures!

Because I’ve learned several foreign languages myself, I understand how challenging it can be to move from textbook Japanese to real, natural Japanese!

◉ Work experience: 10 years of professional experience in Japanese companies 　
- 3 years at a Japanese inbound tourism company in Tokyo

About the lesson

【Lessons with Yuzuka】
My lessons are mainly designed for beginners or those who improve the foundation which you have already built. I will teach you step by step using some visual slides and have speaking practice a lot.

If you are intermediate, I will focus more on conversation to help you speak more confidently and naturally in real life situations.

My lesson style:
- Personalized lessons based on your goals, level, and interests
– Essential basics (hiragana & katakana if needed)
– Simple and clear grammar explanations
– Pronunciation practice
– Useful daily and travel phrases
– Speaking activities and conversation practice to build confidence
– Japanese culture through anime, manga, songs, and real-life situations
- English or French support when needed

My goal is to help you truly understand the language and speak naturally while enjoying the learning process★

Learning a new language can feel intimidating, especially at the beginning. I aim to create a supportive, relaxed, and motivating atmosphere where you can feel comfortable speaking and making mistakes!
