About Carol
Because of personal experience, I can empathize with the struggles of ESL/native-speaking students in establishing themselves in a STEM major with business applications throughout their educative years. It is my belief that students can excel in any form of study with helpful resources and supportive teachers. As a result, I utilize fun and professional approaches to instill in my students a growth mindset for long-term success.

Using an immersive approach to teaching, I encourage my students to share previous experiences and goals for improving their STEM/business/English skills and abilities.
During our first lesson, we will try different activity sets in whichever study field the student struggles with to measure a student's skill level as well as set goals for the tutoring sessions.
Throughout a series of lessons, we will complete additional activities to enhance the student's STEM/business/English capabilities and achieve our tutoring session goals.
