About Sharmila
Hello! I'm Sharmila Das, a Computer Science undergraduate, State-Level Debate Award Winner, and passionate communicator with extensive experience in public speaking, leadership, and English communication.
Over the years, I have developed strong skills in English grammar, vocabulary, writing, presentation, and effective communication through academic achievements, debate competitions, leadership roles, and event management experiences. As the Debating Society Lead and a student leader, I have regularly mentored, guided, and interacted with students from diverse backgrounds.
I believe that learning English should be practical, engaging, and confidence-building rather than based on memorization alone. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and steadily improving their skills.

My teaching approach focuses on building confidence, communication skills, and a strong foundation in English. I use interactive methods, real-life examples, discussions, vocabulary exercises, grammar practice, and speaking activities to make learning engaging and effective.

As a State-Level Debate Award Winner and experienced public speaker, I help students improve not only their English proficiency but also their confidence in speaking, presentations, interviews, and public communication.
