About Zartaj

I am a graduate of one of the top 100 universities in the world with a Bachelor's in Science. I have studied the science of meditation as a subject and have years of experience with the practice and observations to share!

About the lesson

I believe that experience and theory go hand in hand. I will work with you through guiding meditation and practice and then we will break for discussions around your observations and more. I have 2 Vipassana 10-day retreats and 7 years of mindfulness meditation experience.
