About Keira
I am a sports studies student in Northern Ireland, I play football and I Race BMX bikes. I am 16 years old however, I have a Level 1 coaching degree. I am willing to help anyone with any ability regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation etc.

My teaching method is that i would write you a training program for a selected number of weeks and how many days a week you choose. I will write it up depending on your skill/ability level. If you require any help I will be open to giving advice or if you're not sure how to do a certain exercise I can help with that as well.
