About José
After more than ten years of training players, I have strengthened my methodology on a combination of technical care and pragmatism, seeking to strengthen the best aspects of each player. The same could apply my techniques as physical trainer, as always adapt the exercises at the level of each person; the personalization of services is the best way that we all get maximum returns to our time.
