About Tamsa
I hold a degree in Sport Science and Human Performance, with a focus on strength training, biomechanics and how the body adapts over time.
I do this work because I’ve seen how many people get stuck in cycles of confusion, inconsistency or recurring pain — often following generic programmes that don’t account for their individual structure, history or goals.
My aim is to provide a more thoughtful alternative: coaching that is structured, personalised and built around long-term development. Not just helping you train harder, but helping you train in a way that actually makes sense for your body.
I take pride in being detail-oriented, clear in my communication, and fully invested in the progress of the people I work with.

Build a body that is strong, capable and built to last — not just one that looks good.
I take a structured, long-term approach to personal training built around strength, movement quality and sustainable progress.
My coaching is based on an Objective → Strategy → Tactics framework. This means we don’t just “do workouts” — we identify what you actually need (strength, fat loss, injury resilience, postural balance), build a clear plan, and execute it with precision. Every exercise has a purpose.
A typical session lasts 60 minutes, delivered either in-person in London or online. Sessions combine hands-on coaching, clear technical instruction, and ongoing adjustments based on your progress and feedback.
All clients are supported through the Everfit coaching platform, where your full programme, session history and progress metrics are tracked. This allows us to log workouts, monitor performance over time, and make informed adjustments based on real data — not guesswork. It also gives you a clear view of your progression and keeps everything organised in one place.
This coaching is best suited for individuals who value a thoughtful, high-quality process — and who want to build long-term strength, resilience and postural balance through a structured, intelligent approach.
I would start off by inviting you to a consultation video call, then follow up with either online sessions or in-person sessions at The Common Purpose Club (near Green Park Tube) or outdoor sessions in Victoria Park.

I’ve been working with Tamsa since 2021, and it’s completely changed how I approach my training and recovery.
From the start, everything has felt structured, purposeful, and genuinely tailored to me rather than generic advice.
I’ve made consistent physical progress, but more importantly, I now understand the reasoning behind everything we do.
Over time, I’ve developed a much more holistic appreciation for how exercise, breathwork, and lifestyle all fit together.
That wider perspective has carried over into my day-to-day life and how I approach self-improvement as a whole.
It’s the first time coaching has felt like a long-term investment rather than a quick fix.I've worked with quite a few personal trainers over the years, but Tamsa is exceptional because he has that rare combination of being extremely knowledgeable but also really practical and patient with how to apply it. He helped me understand why I was struggling to see progress in my strength training, and his interventions had an immediate and long-lasting impact. If you're looking for a PT who will help you reach your current goals but also teach you the skills to know how to train yourself effectively in the future, this is your guy.
