About Di

I am a master trainer, represented SA in Triathlon, Duathlon and X-Triathlon. Also have qualifications in personal training, sports psychology, sports nutrition, sports massage and spinning instructor for 16- years. I am also a sports coach, coaching cycling, athletics and volleyball.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is developing skills necessary for optimizing the individual to achieve his/ her best. I use practical skills to develop techniques and focus on correct muscle development needed to performin each individual sport. I develop muscle memory according to sport needed.
