About Mayur
I come from an IT industry with 20+ years of corporate experience, targets, launches, successes, failures, and with all of this STRESS at the top. My own journey smoothened with the Vedic wisdom I tried to gather and am still gathering from all the Indian philosophy texts, scriptures, Yoga, Meditations, Kundalini and Chakra Meditations, Pranic Healing and to mention explicitly, Bhagavad Gita.

Depending on the student's interest, I either start with Bhagavad Gita or Yoga Or Meditation or Pranic Healing (If that's what you are registering for). All these are very vast topics and take time to understand and imbibe in our lives.
I like to share my own experiences and how I correlate Vedic wisdom with the day-to-day life and life events. I also work with my students on Happiness Consciousness Alignment as a course that includes philosophy and multiple meditations.
