About Morgan
What would it feel like to live life as though YOU are in charge? To have confidence in your decisions? To feel like you have agency over how your body feels every morning? To feel SAFE in setting boundaries with your loved ones? The ones you attract into your life are guiding forces to lift you up and LOVE you for everything you are. I am here to guide you into your full power. I have struggled in the past with self-esteem, boundary-setting, making decisions...but I have done the lifelong work of listening to my body on an extremely deep level. I am here to help heal your feelings of lack and low self-worth and guide you on a path toward self-compassion and full embodiment.

-Teaching methods consist of Zoom call discovery session where you tell me about yourself and the reasons for being here.
-We discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve in your current relationships, or if you are unsure of what you want to focus on, we can talk about anything that comes up for you.
-After each session, I will give you an action plan. Change comes when we put actions into place each day, and I am here to give you the best tools to start your life.
I have been journaling my emotions since I was 8 years old. I am a compassionate and empathic spiritual being, and I am a natural-born healer. I have abilities to see the deeper sides of the story while being able to guide and help heal the wounds of those who need to heal. If you struggle with self-confidence, sorting through emotions, creating healthy relationships, self-compassion, and love, please reach out. I am here to help guide you.
The lessons I offer are for men or women in any age group. You are never too young or old to better your relationships!
