About Rachael
I was in education for 14 years before I decided to venture out into elementary education. I am currently taking classes for associate's in arts which I will be done in March and then going for my bachelor's in elementary education in the spring. I wanted to get into the school system to be with my children and on their schedules. My husband is a Blackhawk pilot in the army.

I see the importance it is to create a fun learning environment. Assisting students reach a goal they never thought they could and watching the joy they feel for themselves is truly amazing. Anyway I can assist a student in accomplishing what they put their mind to, is the best feeling.
