About Bree
A bit about me: I have been studying Hatha yoga and meditation for 20+ years. I attend regular silent Zen Buddhist meditation retreats per year and love to share this practice. It is my belief that creating peace within is the first (and only) step in creating peace in our lives and relationships. Awareness is key, and meditation is the key to awareness. Regular practice is transformational, and I would be honored to help you begin the process.

I have been practicing for over 20 years various forms of meditation, breath work and yoga. I regularly attend long term silent retreats and I love sharing meditation techniques with others. It is my passion! Especially to those who “have tried it and just can’t”. It’s a transformative practice that will bring you back to your center and a sense of calm and peace.

Whether you’re a beginner, or have a regular practice and would like to go deeper, or even just curious, I would love to help you facilitate a natural relationship to meditation. One that feels like coming home.
I also offer several different breathing exercises to help calm the mind and bring your energy into a more expanded state of being and awareness.
