About Brittany
I am a dedicated special education teacher (LBS1) with four years of experience supporting inclusion and resource students, helping bridge the gap between them and their peers. I have also worked as a reading interventionist and have been tutoring for the past five years, providing individualized, student-centered instruction that builds foundational reading skills, fluency, and comprehension. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, snuggling with my dogs, making crafts, and spending time with family. I am passionate about helping each child become a confident, lifelong reader.

Lessons are student-centered and flexible, allowing instruction to adjust in the moment based on each learner’s needs. Sessions range from 30 minutes to one hour and focus on building strong foundational reading skills through targeted phonics and word work, while also developing reading fluency and comprehension to support long-term reading success.
