About Mike
I offer personalized guitar lessons that adapt to your current skill level and musical interests. Whether you’re learning foundational chords, exploring fingerpicking, or advancing your technique with soloing, each lesson is designed to help you move forward at your own pace. By blending music theory with practical playing, I teach you how to read music and understand the theory behind it, while playing songs you love. With regular practice and supportive feedback, you’ll build both confidence and technique in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

With 6 years of experience teaching guitar, I’ve worked with hundreds of students, including high school, college students, and professionals. My approach is focused on clear communication and personalized instruction to ensure each student is challenged in ways that suit their learning style. From fundamental chord progressions to advanced techniques like soloing, I aim to create an environment where students feel encouraged and supported in their musical development. I’m proud to see my students perform and grow, whether it's at school events or personal performances.
