Education: I have my honours in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations and studied at North West University (PUKKE).
Work experience: I specialise in IR and understand the application of the LRA and labour relations as well as human resource management and how HR and IR interlink. I have represented at the CCMA and conducted training/facilitating within my company.
