Taking an individual approach and utilizing tools such as Avanti, Padlet, Google Classroom, Zoom and more I am able to stay updated with my students progress and have access to what they are working on and be able to provide feedback and detailed tutoring lesson plans that I can execute online with the student. Almost 20 years in substitute teaching under my belt- makes me an even stronger tutor.
