About Lorraine
I am a qualified Primary and preschool teacher with extra qualifications for working with dyslexic students of all ages. and experience using multi- sensory learning based on the Orton Gillingham approach. I have assisted many students who have been assessed with or show signs of dyslexia, privately and in schools since 2011 in Sydney and now on the north coast of NSW at Forster.

My teaching/therapy methodology is based on the Orton Gillingham scientific approach, using multi-sensory learning experiences. Students begin with diagnostics to assess where their learning needs are and an individual program is designed. Lessons consist of fun ways to work with sounds, words, numbers and reading materials, using all the senses of hearing, seeing, speaking, moving, creating.
