I base my teaching approach on the students' needs. Sometimes that means more or less of one learning style (auditory, visual or kinesthetic) is needed. I do try to have the students learn from all modes of learning styles (hearing, seeing and doing). This helps me know that they've truly learned what I'm teaching.
