About Meg
I am a teacher and in graduate school for special education. I have worked in FCPS for the past school year with 5th and 6th graders. I understand an IEP and goals and progress reports. I do my best to lesson plan specifically for my individual students and their goals/needs.

I take time to support the student they way they learn. I have multiple scaffolds and resources. I understand how learning differently can be difficult. I understand it can be emotional as well. I believe student centered approach is best. I teach mainly math and language arts. I know some history and very little science. I do a lot of modeling to make sure things make sense.
