About Vivian
I am a French tutor with 7+ years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in French, specializing in European Cinema. My lessons focus on immersive, conversation-based learning within the world of gastronomy. Students build vocabulary for ingredients, cooking techniques, and restaurant etiquette. We practice real-life culinary scenarios to improve practical language skills. I share my love of French regional cuisine, wine pairing, and dining traditions in every class. My goal is to help students speak confidently, naturally, and like a native. Lessons are interactive and engaging, using role-playing, dialogue, and cultural stories. Each session strengthens both communication and cultural awareness. I adapt lessons to the goals and interests of every student. Learning French becomes an enjoyable, flavorful experience. Together, we explore the tastes, words, and customs of France. I invite you to join me for a delicious linguistic adventure.

My teaching approach focuses on interactive, dynamic, and supportive French lessons. I mix structure with spontaneity to engage students fully. Lessons are designed for those exploring music, theatre, and artistic expression. We analyze song lyrics, rehearse play scripts, and study character dialogue to enhance expressive pronunciation. I use artistic tools to make language learning practical and memorable. I work closely with Conversationalists and Exam Takers to ensure rapid progress. Each session encourages imaginative participation and creativity. Students practice fluency while applying French in real-world artistic contexts. I emphasize rhythm, tone, and expressive nuance in speech. Lessons are tailored to student interests and goals. Fluency, confidence, and expressive skills grow together. Feedback is clear, motivating, and supportive. Learning French becomes immersive, practical, and fun. Together, we explore language through the arts.
